Award winning Daydream Island Resort & Spa,is seeking two suitably qualified Sous Chefs for Mermaids Restaurant and Waterfalls Restaurant. 

The Sous Chef for Fishbowl Tavern will be experienced in a Bistro style service for up to 300 people, ideally with experience in a stand alone restaurant offering modern Australian cuisine. 
 
The Sous Chef for Waterfalls Restaurant will have experience with managing buffet kitchens along with banquets and will provide support to the Executive Chef in the main kitchen. 
 
The successful applicants will have strong food safety values and will be committed to providing excellent quality product, along with being a proven leader with responsibilities for the management and motivation of a small team.

This is live on Island position offering sole use accommodation for $50 per week and free of charge meals.
