Naiman Clarke is seeking a qualified, highly motivated and strategic clinician for a full-time position at Calvary Health Care - Bethlehem in Caulfield , Melbourne, Australia.

Calvary Health Care Bethlehem is a 70 bed subacute health care facility providing a range of inpatient and ambulatory services. Calvary Health Care - Bethlehem is a recognised provider of specialist palliative care and a state-wide specialist in progressive neurology.

The successful applicant will provide specialist palliative medicine support acting as Leader and a member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team offering specialist palliative care services in a range of settings, including inpatient and ambulatory based services. This role will be responsible for the strategic development of the service and developing the research capacity of the palliative care service. In addition, the successful applicant will have/be:

• Medical Practitioner, with appropriate post-graduate Palliative Medicine qualifications, preferably Royal Australiasian College of Physicians (RACP) or Fellowship of the Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine (FAChPM) and eligibility for registration as a medical specialist in the State of Victoria.

• At least 5 years clinical experience.

• Proven leadership skills in multidisciplinary settings.

• Skills and experience in professional development and research.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Extremely professional work ethic.

Salary will be negotiatiable based on qualifications and expereince with successful applicant.
