The building division has expertise in delivering ????? ????? range of complex building projects including retail, commercial, warehouses, offices, hospitals, manufacturing ????? ?????, laboratories, educational facilities and refurbishments. We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join the team in the Perth office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labour estimates using first principles and or/sub-contractors tenders for all trades or services required.
You will have the ability to lead and take ownership of tenders from start to finish, this is a great opportunity to join a company that values it’s achievers and will assist you and give you the growth and direction you seek from a career.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a solid working history in the construction industry, possess a Degree/diploma in Quantity surveying, engineering ????? ????? science and have a passion for estimating and a winning attitude.
