Casuarina Square is the Territory's premier retail shopping centre. The ongoing demand for delivering the highest standards to the public has resulted in the critical need for a Maintenance Manager to join this high profile and dynamic team in ensuring that the centre remains at the highest levels of presentation and complies with all standards of health and Safety.
 
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the hands on maintenance management of the centre including people managing 2 maintenance assistants. You will be responsible for scheduling routine and preventative maintenance tasks, and in addition, manage the successful identification and rectification of minor repairs and works within the centre.
 
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate previous hands on track record in maintenance management along with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. You will have a strong eye for detail and be keen to present the centre to the highest standard. You will most likely be from a trades background and be fully up to speed with all aspects of OHS within this industry.
