This position is not for the faint hearted; your hardy nature will see you out and about around the station learning the ropes, therefore understanding the operation from bottom up, interacting with a varied workforce and driving cultural change to improve retention and productivity while reducing costs.   In addition to this you will carry out inductions, manage workers compensation, OH&S and complete payroll requirements to ensure the day-to-day needs are completed.
