Job Description:  After, day and Night shifts available
(RN Level 4 Salary com $79, 365.66, 9 % superannuation, plus penalties)

The AHM assumes the responsibility for the coordination of Hospital resources after hours. Registered Nurses/Registered Midwives displaying strong clinical and mentoring ????? ????? leadership and management ability are encouraged to apply.

 

The role of the After Hours Manager is a challenging, but highly rewarding position that requires high level decision making skills and the ability to draw on, broad based clinical skills to facilitate the delivery of best patient outcomes.

 

The position is responsible for the after hours management of the hospital by coordinating patient admissions, human and material resources, being the emergency controller, authorization of staff and maintenance contractor call-in and providing clinical support as indicated.

 

The AHM will liaise with the executive member On-Call ????? ????? any significant events immediately.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 5 years experience
    Experience in acute healthcare
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Registration in the NT
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining a safe work environment
