  • Our client is Australia's leading telecommunications company, who are seeking a full-time 'Operations Lead' with experience in a customer service and call ????? ?????.


    As Operations Lead your duties will include:


    • Working with Centre Manager to ensure the centre meets operational targets
    • Collecting and collating data together with the production of reports
    • Undertaking research on topics, participating in diverse projects, and reporting on projects allocated
    • Scheduling and management of resources to business requirements
    • Developing and implementing plans to improve operational performance and liaising with other stakeholders as required to ensure effective implementation
    • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders

    The ideal candidate will have:


    • A knowledge of call ????? ?????
    • Proven experience or demonstrated ability in improving the operational performance of a successful customer service operation
    • Proven strategic ability including advanced problem solving and data analysis
    • Demonstrated staff development experience including coaching sales teams
    • Excellent communicator with all levels of stakeholders
