Commercial Vehicles in Darwin has a posiiton vacant for Rental
Officer, on a 6 month Part Time Contract, working 20-25 hours per
week, to support the office and yard staff. The
responsibilities for this role include:

Assisting
the Rental Officer with Branch
activities
-
Processing
counter and phone enquiries for Truck & Trailer
rentals
-
Filing,
banking and preparation of rental agreements
-
Processing
of invoices
-
Cash
handling
-
Maintaining
equipment knowledge
The skills
needed to carry out this role include: experience in
customer service and rental activities: good
organisational skills; Heavy Vehicle
Licence - HC preferred and knowledge of a
full range of commercial vehicles and their carrying
capacities.
It is
important to have transport industry knowledge with preferred
experience in rental and/or leasing environments and the
ability to multi-task and retain new information at short notice.
A
