  • Hays Office Support is seeking the short term assistance of an experienced Receptionist for a contract position.

    Primarily the first point of contact for the company, you will be required to greet people as they arrive and help create a warm and friendly environment in the office.

    The role will include booking meeting rooms, providing support to several staff members, answering ????? ?????, typing, editing documents, taking minutes and various other administrative tasks as required. An ability to stay organised whilst working independently will ensure your success.

    Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
