National Credit Manager

 

The Stoddart Group of Companies operate from a modern head office complex located in Darra, Brisbane. The Group Service Centre serves a network of 25 Branches located in 3 eastern
States.
The organisation:
• Is Australia’s leading supplier and installer of building
products to the new homes market;
• Manufactures, supplies and installs steel house frame and
truss systems;
• Hires and installs Safety Platform Systems.

The Group is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Management Professional, who will report directly to the organisation’s Finance Director.
The successful Applicant will:
• Manage and oversee the debtor assets of the business and
maintain high standards of credit control;
• Develop strong business relationships with customers;
• Supervise a team of Credit staff;
• Refine and develop the systems and procedures needed to
service the Group and its customers.

This is a Senior Executive position which will suit an experienced
credit professional who has the ability to work well across all
levels of business operations and drive a continually improving
work culture. Candidates who are familiar with Australia’s building and construction industry will be highly regarded but this is not strictly essential. Nevertheless, credit function leadership and initiative certainly are required. Some local and inter-State travel will also be a feature of this position.
