bills restaurants are looking for an energetic Accounts and Administration Assistant to become part of our dynamic and creative team.

You're responsibilities will included but are not limited to;
 
Primarily supporting the Financial Accountant by conducting basic accounting tasks including data entry, collation of information, trade creditor reconciliation, and weekly tasks that support the bills group of companies.
 
The role will play a key day to day role in general administration & office maintenance, including; providing support to other areas of Head Office; Involvement in special projects from time to time; and Reception duties.
 
Qualities you possess may include;
 
Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping & accounting is desirable
  • Administrative and clerical processes, including knowledge of filing systems and preparation of correspondence
Skills
  • High level of presentation is required with good attention to detail
  • IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & Outlook. Knowledge of accounting systems including MYOB & Accpac is desirable.
  • Planning and organisational ability to manage time and meet ongoing deadlines
  • Proactive & able to focus on achieving positive results contributing to the company’s business success
Experience
 
Previous experience in an office environment & some basic accounting skills are desirable.
