Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to play a hands on role leading a team of professionals to provide accurate, value adding and meaningful reporting on the performance of this highly successful property development and construction group.

It's simple have you got experience and qualifications in the following:

• Minimum 7-10 years experience on a hands-on Management Accountant / Cost Accountant Position
  CA / CPA - seeking a broader commercial role
• Ideally experience in the Construction/Property Development industry
• Solid knowledge in taxation and financial reporting
• MYOB and Full understanding of IT support and integration

You will be responsible for:

• End to End Finance and Accounting function including all compliance matters
• Clear vision and strategy for future direction of the business
• Reporting on business drivers and ensuring ????? ????? and procedures are implemented and enforced.
• Job / Project Margin analysis including financial understanding and implementation
• Strong Spreadsheet and data analysis skills
