CUSTOMER SERVICE
More than a Customer Service position, we are seeking an outgoing individual with a strong Customer Service background and Sales Support skills.
Located in Dandenong South, this position will suit a candidate with previous Office Administration, Customer Service or Internal Sales experience in a manufacturing or business to business role.
Cardboard or Printing industry background would be an advantage.
Candidate
The ideal candidate would have exceptional customer service abilities, and be capable of building rapport with a variety of customers/suppliers. You will posses a friendly attitude whilst maintaining a professional manner. You must be a fast learner, a multi-tasker and enthusiastic whilst working accurately in a measurement critical environment.
We are looking for the newest member of a motivated team. Prioritisation skills are vital as well as your ability to communicate and work under pressure.
The Role
The primary responsibilities within this role include:
- Management of all orders from start to finish
- Liaise with Sales Representatives, Customers and Suppliers
- Control and Co-ordinate stock
- Proficiency with computer use including MS Office
This is a pivotal role within the company, you will be responsible for all incoming orders and queries, trouble shooting and problem solving, we need a fast paced person with the ability to visualise the bigger picture.
This is a full time position, 8 to 5 Monday to Friday. Remuneration is in accordance with experience and competency.
