    We are looking for an experienced and organized Site Administrator to provide support to the team at our transport & logistics client. Immediate start! Perm position!

    Located in the South-eastern suburbs and with almost 1,400 permanent employees, our client is a major provider of 3PL logistics services and one of the top five companies in the industry in . They consistently improve their competitive position by developing, implementing and operating innovating supply chains solutions.

    Reporting directly to the Business Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure administrative support for all operational activities, safety compliance, presentations is conducted. In addition to this you will be responsible for the preparation of payroll for permanent and temporary employees, invoice preparation for accounts payable, and P.A duties for senior management

    Some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinating Senior Management Meetings including minute taking (you will be present during ????? ????? so confidentiality is a MUST!
    • Payroll preparation, clock card calculation and data entry
    • Ensuring ????? ????? levels of customer service is provided when dealing with all internal and external clients
    • Assisting with and preparing ????? ????? and senior management reports
    • General administrative duties as directed
    • Taking inbound calls for senior management
    • Assisting with the co ordination of new staff members

    Previous senior administration or P.A and payroll experience is highly preferred for this position, but what else will it take to be truly successful in and secure the role?
