Wesley Disability Community Services, a service of Wesley Mission Melbourne provides a range of community services to people with disabilities.
We currently have excellent opportunities for two highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic planning team in the Eastern Metropolitan region.
Reporting to the Senior Planner, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with a disability to create various pathways and opportunities enabling them to reach their long term goals and future aspirations.
The successful applicants will have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience in assessment and planning. In addition, they will have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of the disability service system, and experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse groups. A current Victorian driver’s licence is essential.
An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicants. Salary packaging is also available.
