In your role as restaurant manager you will be responsible for:

• delivering ????? ????? standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests
• developing and nurturing ????? ????? with a challenge to build upon the current guest base
• team training, guidance and development with a hands on involved approach, leading by example with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• promotions and marketing to drive the business and offer exciting concepts that deliver desired results
• rostering ????? ????? to meet set targets

Additional skills and attributes to aid your success in this application include:

• strong food and wine knowledge
• barista qulaifications or sound experience
