Head Chef

Crackenback Cottage requires an experienced Chef to manage our kitchen team. We are seeking an applicant who:

1. is able to develop and implement a menu that is honest, fresh, regional and focused on taste;

2. is a qualified chef with post trade experience;

3. has experience managing a kitchen team in a busy restaurant;

4. able to manage the kitchen budget;

5. can work as part of the restaurant management team; and

6. will maintain a high level of kitchen hygiene and safety.
