Information Services Support Officer Permanent full time Nine day fortnight $45 K + superCowra Council is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Information Services Support Officer within our Corporate Services team.This role acts primarily as an IT help desk and is responsible for providing daily technical support and resolving IT problems for all internal clients. Ideally, you will have (or nearly completed) an IT or related tertiary qualification. You will be a person who has a strong service ethic with technical and interpersonal skills to deal with incidents, problems and requests in a professional and timely fashion to ensure an effective and efficient resolution. Salary is set at a minimum of $875.52 per week and will be determined by qualifications and experience.
