Randstad Health and community care are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered nurses to provided direct care and support to clients with disabilities, in a High care medical home located in Summer Hill.

You will be required to follow detailed care plans, administer medication, and provide physical emotional support to the clients and their families and help improve their quality of life!!

In order to be successful for this position you will require:

• NSW Nurses registration
• Current first aid certificate
• A drivers licence
• Ability to peg fed
• Minimum of 12 months post graduate experience caring for both Adults and Children with disabilities.
