EBR is currently seeking a Product and Systems Administrator to work for a growing, global organisation based in Melbourne VIC. This role requires a combination of Systems Administration and Software Support skills, with a minimum of 5+ years previous experience. Responsibilities: - IT Support (internal) - Level 1 & 2
- Server and Desktop maintenance (backups, updates and security)
- Software deployment and configuration (desktops, servers, testing, production)
- Application testing (UAT)
Requirements: - 5+ years experience in Software Support
- Significant experience working in a team
- Relevant qualifications
- SQL Server 2000 and 2005, and preferably Oracle
- GIS software and applications
- Windows Server 2000 and 2003
- Experience with Remote Access and VPN Connections
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
