EBR is currently seeking a Software Product Support Specialist to work for a reputable organisation based in Melbourne, Victoria. Your role will be to assist with developing the technical services provided by the business, and work with a small team offering ????? ????? Australia. Responsibilities: - Pre-Sales support
- Onsite and remote installation & configurations services
- Customer service - training on software products
- Providing remote and onsite technical support
Requirements: - 5+ years minimum Software Support experience
- Relevant qualifications
- Significant experience working in a team environment
- GIS software and applications including MapInfo and Esri
- SQL Server 2000 and 2005, and preferably Oracle experience
- Other technical requirements include ASP, .NET, C#, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with Remote Access and VPN Connections
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
