As a result of continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Snr Consultant / Site Manager to join our Coffs Harbour office. Based in Coffs Harbour you will assist to manage our services across the Mid-North Coast region.
Duties will include managing a portfolio of claims, conducting specialised assessments, performing drug & alcohol testing and consultancy services to employers. As Site Manager, you will also be responsible for assisting to further develop and grow the business, recruitment & management of the team, including training, mentoring ????? ????? management. . This is a great role for a Snr Consultant looking for that next step!
Essential criteria:
- Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology
- Rehab. Counselling, Reg. Nurse or Accredited Exercise Therapist
- Minimum 18 months experience in occupational rehabilitation setting
- Experience supporting professional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & report writing skills
- A strong understanding of, and focus on, business & customer needs
- Strong understanding of the NSW WCA scheme
- You must be a dynamic, highly motivated self-starter
- A track record of achieving targets and outcomes
- Strong computer literacy
