Overlooking “the most beautiful golf course in mainland Australia”, the award winning “Flooded Gums Restaurant” is an unmatched combination of setting, atmosphere, food and wine on the Coffs Coast.
To be considered for this position applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in fine dining / a la carte service, extensive wine knowledge and supervisory experience. Evenings and weekend work is required.
