Currently requiring ????? ????? Full time Administrative Assistant which will include. Office Management and Reception within a small professional team and office. Responsibilities are:- Office management
- Financial reporting, information entry and record keeping
- General administrative support to Managers
- Managing incoming telephone calls
- Attending to visitors and clients
- Booking meetings
- Ordering ????? ????? supplies
- Co-ordinating marketing
- Diary management
- General office maintenance
- Typing, filing and correspondence
