The Operations Manager is responsible for the efficientrunning of the depot, including the top and bottom lineand mentoring ????? ?????. To be successful in this role youwill demonstrate a sound knowledge of transportoperations, a strong focus on cost control, be accustomedto interpreting key financial information and reports andwill have a good understanding of HSS&E guidelines. Youmust be a team player and be able to take a hands onapproach to the role.The Operations Supervisor is responsible for thecoordination of Drivers, fleet utilisation and best practicecustomer service.
