Our client is a leading not for profit who provide accommodation, residential care, community care and retirement living. Their state of the art, 120 bed facility in Clayton currently has a vacancy for a senior RN Div I to join their management team on a permanent part time basis [hours are ideal for mums!].

As Clinical Manger you'll be responsible for overseeing the clinical care of residents, documentation and clinical education, and will work closely with the Residential Services Manager and Care Manager in developing, managing and evaluating facility performance.

To be considered for this key role you're required to possess the following:

• Current registration as Div I Nurse in Victoria
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite
• An ability to provide guidance to Care Managers in all aspects of clinical care
• An excellent understanding of Aged Care funding & legislation

The successful applicant will also have proven ability to motivate staff & promote a positive work environment, be able to provide guidance to Care Managers in all aspects of clinical care, plus superior communication  and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
