Our Client based in Springvale is one of Australia's leading companies of packaged gifts and hampers. As they are moving into their busiest period, required is an experienced Administrator / Customer Service operator.
Day to Day activities will include
Answering ????? ?????
Dealing with customer complaints and queries
Processing orders using in house software
Data Entry
Taking volume orders and ensuring ????? ????? through

Excellent phone manner
Great eye for detail
Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
Intermediate to Advance computer literacy
Punctual and reliable
Flexibility for busy periods especially time leading up to Christmas
Essentials
Own Car and Australia Drivers Licence

Proven work history in similar roles.
