ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Part time office administrator
Experienced admin assistant required for 3 days for a reputable furniture manufacturer in Clayton.
Must be proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office with experience in Access an advantage.
The role requires a highly organised person with friendly communication skills. Handling a large number of telephone enquiries, general administration duties, providing quotes, advice to customers, banking, mail and correspondence, data entry and scheduling deliveries.
You must have the ability to work unsupervised. Above award wage offered in a friendly team environment.
