ACRWORLD (New trading name for AustCorp Recruitment Pty Ltd) was established in Sydney in 2001 as a specialist expatriate recruitment company operating in the engineering & construction markets.

We were the first Australian Engineering & Construction recruitment company to set an office up in Dubai in 2006.

The region seems to be stabilising and our clients have been through their downsizing. As projects are awarded now companies are operating on skeleton staff and having to recruit again to staff up the projects.

This is a fantastic time to join us in our Dubai office and take over the regional building desk. You will have an open and established client base across the Middle East region. You will have the added benefit of our candidate database which consists of 100,000 individual, high end expatriate candidates.

Our commission scheme pays:

30% of anything over AUS$45,000 billed in a quarter.
40% of anything over AUS$110,000 billed in the same quarter.
50% of anything over AUS$150,000 billed in the same quarter.

You will be provided with a lump sum salary and relocation.


We are ideally looking for a Sydney based recruiter with proven success recruiting in the building construction industry. The first 3 months will be spent on the job training based in our Sydney period and after satisfactory performance you will be flown to work in our Dubai office full time.
