AAT Kings tours offer a diverse product range that is unequalled. We provide premium quality touring holidays, day tours, accommodated escorted tours, coach camping tours, 4WD Adventure Safaris, Short Breaks and specialist itineraries. AAT Kings is part of The Travel Corporation -a group of established and prominent travel companies.
Reporting to the Supervisor the Day Tour Consultant will be responsible for selling and booking AAT Kings products along with dispatching coach departures and ensuring the passengers get on board!
Other responsibilities include:
- Book and upsell tours & activities
- Daily banking & financial reconciliation
- Dispatch coaches, collect payments, tickets & check passengers
- Maintain an excellent standard of customer service
- Participate in company promotional events
Applicants will require the ability to work in a flexible environment. You must have outstanding customer service & organisational skills along with the passion and ability to sell. Tourism industry qualifications / experience preferred.
