Solid, proven experience using MX and AutoCAD?
Proven experience in project management and feasibility studies?
Experience in managing project costs effectively?
A BE (Civil), NZCE (Civil) or similar with substatial experience in road design, transportation and civil design projects?

You will work on a number of projects and be tasked with the responsibility of liaising at all levels, preparing technical reports, and leading junior engineers and draughting staff.
