We need someone who is sharp with design and understands the big picture when it comes to major roading projects. This is a senior design role so strong working knowledge of 12D / MX software and AutoCAD are expected. During your 8yrs (at least) of experience you will have developed the following skills:

• able to interface with clients to build and maintain lasting, positive relationships
• have the skills necessary to manage a program or project; includes tasks, budgets, scope and risks
• be capable of defining and setting the direction of a team, project or product with proven leadership skills
• able to make quality business decisions to identify, assess, evaluate and solve problems
• professional and confident acumen with the essential, basic business and communication skills that are required for career growth
