Rare opportunity to move into Hotel Development
Our client, renowned as an iconic global hotel group with luxurious properties, is seeking a Director of Development to grow their future hotel footprint. Reporting to the Vice President of China Development, you will be instrumental in overseeing designated regions within China.
In this fairly autonomous role, you will be liaising directly with owners, asset managers and developers, ensuring ????? ????? group is able to grow their luxury hotel pipeline, as well as partner with leading developers. Working towards specific KPIs, you will be assisted with a team of analyst and researchers.
To be successful in this role, you must:
-Minimum of 3 years as a hotel GM (luxury Hotel) or 7-10yrs as a Director of Sales (ideally regional or area responsibilities)
-Have strong Hotel operational experience
-Strong tenacity to chase large property deals
-Excellent communication skills.
-Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential (it is imperative you speak both languages)

On offer is a salary up to $70,000HKD per month + other benefits.
