Ozford College is a leading international Business College located in the heart of the CBD of Melbourne. Ozford's curriculum ranges from its High School offering Years 10~12, its English Language Centre and its vibrant Business College.
Ozford seeks a dynamic and progressive China Office Manager to head it's China office operations in Guangzhou. You must enjoy business development, office operations, are familiar with the rules and regulations of operating a business in China, have skills in dealing with bureaucracies/red tape and enjoy staff management and marketing education.
The responsiblities include :
- To oversee the office operations for China & ensure profitablity of the business unit;
- Staff and resource management;
- Develop the regional marketing activities together with the Regional Marketing Officer;
- Recruit students from China subcontinent;
- Recruit and manage agent relationships;
- Prepare work.budget/expense reports to Head Office on a regular basis.
The minimum qualification is a Bachelor Degree and you must be fluent in English and written and spoken Mandarin. If you are thinking of returning to your home country to work and live, this position is for you.
You will be familiar with China, know how to work around bureaucracy and red tape, yet understand the Australian education system and the way systems work in Australia. Ideally you will be a cross-culture individual.
You will also have:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Demonstrated marketing experience;
- A proven track record of office and staff management experience;
- Extensive knowledge of current practices in the Australian education system;
- Good knowledge of Australia’s education and immigration policies;
- Good knowledge of China’s education and immigration policies;
- Experience in assisting study to Australia and knowledge on DIAC regulations & current changes will be highly regarded.
