With a proven track record within the Retail, Financial Services, Education, Commercial and Hospitality sectors - their unique service offering ????? ????? to gain repeat business, time and time again.

With another successfully tendered project about to commence they now require a first class Project Director to lead a hand picked mulit-national project team in delivering ????? ?????-million dollar education campus in the heart of Beijing.

To qualify for selection you will need to possess and demonstrate a number of the following attributes:

• A strong background of delivering ????? ?????-rise multi-million dollar projects for international clients.
• The ability to work with value driven owners and occupiers on mission critical projects adhering ????? ????? program schedules.
• Provide a service orientated, value driven, relationship focused approach to blue-chip clients.
• Possess a solid construction project management history over together with strong commercial acumen and at least 10-15 years experience.

You will ideally come from a tertiary degree qualified background and have previous experience in working on significant projects in CHINA preferably within the commercial building OR Client Side Project Management Background.
