Estimator - window automation

 

Experienced estimator required by specialised manufacturer and installer of window remote control and automation systems in commercial buildings.  This would suit a person looking for challenging and interesting part time work with the following skills, knowlege and experience.

Ability to read and understand architect's plans and specifications

Good computer skills

Experience in estimating and detailing

Excellent written communication skills

Be detail minded, accurate and self motivated

Able to work under pressure and to deadlines

Enjoy customer contact

Able to work as part of a busy team

To fit into the constant changes in work load, the role is regarded as ongoing but part time and therefore requires some flexibility and constant liaison with other members of the sales and installation teams.
