This exceptional employer is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their manufacturing facility on the North Shore of Sydney. 

You will be responsible for all areas of the business from procurement of raw materials through production, engineering, quality, safety and distribution.  

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will have a manufacturing background several years of experience in the following areas: 

  

-          Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement techniques  

-          Leading a multi shift high volume manufacturing operation  

-          IR and EBA negotiation experience  

-          ISO 9001-2000 Quality accredited manufacturing  

-          Culture and change management experience in a union environment 

  

In addition you will be tertiary qualified and have substantial experience in product or fluid manufacturing processes.
