Private Fleet a highly successful and respected car buying service is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join their fantastic team, as their company grows to the next level. This is an exciting entry level opportunity to become part of a company that is really going places.

Working together to assist all members of staff, your role will be eventful and diverse. You will assist in ensuring the administrative systems and processes of the business run smoothly and efficiently – this is no mean feat as there is a lot to learn and you will relish the opportunity to get involved wherever you can. Private Fleet offers a fun and dynamic office with many incentives and a great office environment boasting a bali garden balcony and pool table (for after hours use of course) 

The role is open to all skill levels and would be ideal for someone looking to return to the workforce.
Responsibilities will include:
·         Being the first contact for all incoming communications
·         Filing and general office maintenance/troubleshooting
·         Mail, banking and general administration
·         Management of all promotional mail outs.
·         Stationary and other office purchases
 
The successful candidate will possess:
·         Excellent communication skills
·         A strong work ethic
·         Ability to prioritise a daily schedule
·         A ‘know how’ in balancing numerous tasks.
