An opportunity exists for a passionate and enthusiastic customer service professional to join a young and dynamic Service Team at Australia’s leading HSC Tuition College, Matrix Education.
As a Service Representative, you will provide a range of administrative services to customers, contribute to continuously improving processes to satisfy customer needs and build/maintain strong relationships with all client bases. Your role may involve working across two campuses based in Strathfield and Chatswood.
A successful applicant must have:
- A minimum of 2 years in Customer Service or Sales
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Qualification in business-related studies is highly regarded
This position is a casual role up to 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity of full-time progression.
