This reputable leading organisation is seeking a great team Administrator to join their Knowledge Management division..
 
Reporting to the Manager, you will be accountable for the following :-
 
* Preparing and managing records & documents 
* Managing registers
* Update documents on company intranet site
* Update and maintain document & knowledge management system 
* Assist the Manager with major projects
* Liaise with internal staff at all levels

To be guaranteed an interview with this leading organisation, you must :-
 
* Possess previous record / document / knowledge management experience
* Have previous Electronic Information / Document Management system experience (CMS / KMS will be an advantage)
* Enjoy working in an autonomous role within a friendly team environment
* Have a strong eye for details
* Be confident to liaise with people at all levels
