Part time receptionist

 

North shore location, close to public transport

Possible temp to perm opportunity

2pm - 6pm, 5 days a week

Located in the heart of Chatswood, we have a part time position available for a talented and professional receptionist.  As the face and voice of this large corporate organisation, you will be an integral part of the organisation.

A typical day would consist of answering ????? ?????, co-ordianting and receiving courier deliveries, managing the mail, booking conference rooms and ad hoc administration duties.

You must have experience doing a similar role, have great communication skills, a positive and cheerful personality and enjoy working in a team of receptionists.

This role is being offered on a temporary basis, 5 days a week, 2pm - 6pm until the end of the year.
