Outbound Sales Consultant - Moranbah

  • We are currently recruiting for a full time Outbound Customer Care Agent for our new Telstra Shop in Moranbah. You will be responsible for speaking with customers on the selection, price, use & care of goods and services available, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and return to buy in the future.

    To be successful in this role we need you to have:

     

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Call ????? ????? in an outbound environment or 2 years’ experience in a retail position (preferably in a specialist retail environment)
    • Demonstrated consultative selling skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed budgets and KPI’s
    • A proven track record in consistently delivering ????? ????? level of customer service and developing and maintaining ongoing business relationships
    • Intermediate to advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Suite, internet and email systems
    • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm at 95% accuracy
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and sound numeracy skills
