A leading mining company operating in the Bowen Basin is looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join their team in a fantastic residential role.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and possess 3+ years Geotechnical engineering ????? ????? underground coal mining environments and will be offered an exceptional remuneration package, including a highly competitive salary, subsidised company housing and outstanding training and development opportunities.
You will be responsible for developing strata control plans and strata control management, providing information and advise on short to medium term geotechnical issues to mine planning and operational personnel, as well as ensuring ????? ????? complies with geotechnical standards, mining regulations and guidelines.
You should be competent in conducting geotechnical inspections, data collection and interpretation of results and will need to be familiar with relevant mining software.
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and be in the range of $100k-$120k + benefits.
Salaries outside this range will be considered for exceptional candidates.
