They are currently seeking a Senior Mining Engineer to join them on site in the Bowen Basin. With your experience in an underground coal mining environment, you will be looking to take a significant step in your engineering career that will enable you to draw on your diverse background of engineering skills. You will be an analytical thinker that can bring exceptional planning and scheduling abilities to the table. You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will be expected to lead from the front with your technical know-how and reporting standards.

Ideally you will:

• Be a degree qualified Mining Engineer
• Have significant Australian underground coal mining experience
• Work with safety as your highest priority
• Be a team player with excellent communication abilities
• Have outstanding report writing capabilities
• Have the ability to mentor and develop a team
