This is an opportunity to be a key decision maker within this globally recognised organisation, which manufactures mineral processing and screening equipment. Based in Mackay and reporting to the General Manager, this role will require you to drive the performance of a small and focused team, servicing clients within the Mackay and Bowen Basin region. To be successful in this role you will need to have a flexible and autonomous management style, as your duties will required you to mentor staff, undertake business development activities with key clients, coordinate a small team of workshop staff and maintain overall operational and financial control of the business unit. We are seeking candidates with a background in industrial or mechanical equipment, preferably within the mineral processing or crushing arena, with a confident proactive approach to management.
