PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER>NEW PROJECT>QLD
[Overview]
- Our client operates as a worldwide managing contractor, providing a range of multidisciplinary solutions for the oil, gas, water and electricity sectors. Recently they have been awarded a Pipeline Construction Contract for the construction of a 940 kilometer gas pipeline project.
[Requirements and duties]
- MUST HAVE REGULATORY KNOWLEDGE OF AUSTRALIAN PIPELINE PROJECTS
- Ideally 10 years experience in Project Management especially greenfield pipeline construction projects within the Oil and Gas domain
- We are looking for people with extensive experience working in a large project environment. Initially office based in Brisbane where duties will include construction planning, cost estimatates, review of detailed design and scheduling the review of project specifications and procedures. Work on site is expected to start on site in March 2010 and the successful applicant will then orchestrate and supervise the construction management of all field activities.
- Office and site based experience
- A strong pipeline construction project portfolio
- Strong planning, managerial and administrative qualities.
