You are an experienced Electrical Engineer that is RPEQ (or eligible). Your previous experience will involve performing and overseeing of power system investigations, documentation and HV substation and sub-transmission distribution design. A minimum of ten years team management experience is a must as this role will involve maintaining and developing a team of five engineers.
Your will be responsible for leading a team in primary and secondary system design for power utility and industrial clientele. Your position description will involve developing your team, implementing and developing internal systems and ensuring ????? ????? growth of the business.
Ideally you will come from a similar background with either an industrial or consulting employer. Your superior communication skills will hold you in good stead for both managing your team and developing your business.
