An exciting opportunity to establish yourself with one of the Australia's largest coal mining companies in the Bowen Basin.
You will be working as the Registered Mine Surveyor on site; merely a couple of hours drive from Mackay and the Whitsundays on a fantastic 7 on / 7 off roster.

Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
- All daily surveying requirements
- Coordinating junior surveyors and contractors
- Stock pile surveys
- Establishing survey control and surveying drill hole collars
- End of month volumetric surveys and reconciliations
- Sign-off on statutory reports
You should possess:- 3-7 years mine surveying experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in Surveying
- Experience with Vulcan and AutoCAD software will be highly regarded
- Registered as a Mine Surveyor with the ability to sign-off on statutory reports, or ability to obtain registration
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $110k - $130k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
