Our client is a reputable company seeking a motivated, self starter to manage this busy neighbourhood centre. This is a dynamic and varied role where you will responsible for not only managing the centre but also handling operations and marketing.
This position would suit an Operations Manager, an Assistant Centre Manager ready to step up or a Centre Manager currently looking to make a move.
Leading a small team, the successful applicant will have the ability to:
- Communicate and develop good working relationships with tenants
- Identify leasing opportunities
- Be organised and professional
- Adhere to reporting deadlines
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Understand the principles of marketing this class of property
- Understand retailer profitability
- Interpreting industry trends and benchmarks
- Understand property and accrual accounting principles.
- Maturity in dealing with sensitive issues.
A minimum of 3 years Shopping Centre experience is essential for this role. The successful candidate must also have outstanding communication and excellent organisation. You will need exceptional relationship building skills, budgeting experience and computer proficiency.
