New Horizon's non-profit commercial packaging service specialises in providing solutions for commercial clients while providing employment for people with a disability. About the Opportunity If you're an enthusiastic 'go getter' with genuine leadership qualities, New Horizons is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Coordinator to join their Taree team. This role will support the Regional Coordinator in the provision of services for the region and staff supervision. You will also be responsible for enhancing the abilities of people with psychiatric disabilities to live as independently as possible. To be successful in this role you must be computer literate and have a tertiary qualification in a related discipline, ie. Behavioural Science, Social Science, Social Welfare etc. You will need previous mental health experience in care coordination, service coordination, staff supervision and managing case loads. You will be rewarded with above award wages circa $53,000-$55,700 p.a. and salary packaging options are available. You will also receive a car allowance.
